Every department of our company follows the customer care policy. iTravel Software Customer Care Team (CCT) assists you in making cost effective and correct use of our system. It includes assistance in planning, installation, training, trouble shooting, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal of our system. Customer Care Team manages your organizational change to be flexible and gives guidance in this great experience.

Our CCT is responsible for:

  • Counselling you during, as well as after the trainings have been done
  • Writing notifications and news that explain every new feature and modification in the system that could be useful to you
  • Sending you manuals and documents that can help you remember things from the trainings
  • Answering your questions and guiding you through your organizational change
  • Helping you with tips and tricks in order to improve the work with our system
