Customer Care Team manages your organizational change to be flexible and gives guidance in this great experience.
Our CCT is responsible for:
- Counselling you during, as well as after the trainings have been done
- Writing notifications and news that explain every new feature and modification in the system that could be useful to you
- Sending you manuals and documents that can help you remember things from the trainings
- Answering your questions and guiding you through your organizational change
